The SMDC/Ukraine would like to pay the attention of the business entities engaged in economic activity in the sphere of circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
In accordance with Part 9 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Citizen Rights and Freedoms on Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine, licenses isued to business entities prior to the entry into force of this Law (and for the territories of Ukraine that were temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation after the in force of this Law - prior the temporary occupation of this territory of Ukraine) in accordance with the law on licensing of economic activities, documents (including certificates) issued in accordance with the law before January 1, 2018, and compliance documents provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Technical Regulations and conformity assessmen, documents of a permissive nature, issued in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Permit Procedure in the sphere of Economic Activity:
- are considered non-valid at the temporarily occupied territory;
- can be used to carry out economic (entrepreneurial) activities in another territory of Ukraine before the expiration of their validity period, in the case of re-registration of such entities in another territory of Ukraine, in accordance with the procedure established by the central executive body, which ensures the formation and implementation of the state tax policy.
