The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its Resolution No. 1422 dated November 5, 2025, added nalbuphine to List No. 1 of Table II “Narcotic Drugs and Plants Subject to Restricted Circulation” of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 770 dated 06.05.2000.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1422 dated November 5, 2025 shall enter into force in four months after its publication.
