As part of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in Kyiv Region and Bogomolets National Medical University, the meeting was held with students and faculty members of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Medical Toxicology of the Medical University at the Laboratory for Quality Control of Medicines and Medical Products of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in Kyiv Region.
During the meeting, the laboratory staff presented the main areas of the work to their future colleagues.
Particular attention is paid to the use of modern high-tech equipment—specifically, liquid and gas chromatographs, ultraviolet spectrophotometers, infrared spectrophotometers, atomic absorption spectrophotometers, and others in the quality control of medicines.
Volodymyr Korolenko, Acting Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and Viktor Stefkivskyi, Head of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in Kyiv Region were present at the meeting. Olga Pavliuk, Head of the Laboratory for Quality Control of Medicines and Medical Products of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in Kyiv Region, conducted a training on the equipment.
