State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine organized joint online cyber hygiene training.

SSSCIP experts, upon the request of SMDC, facilitated an online cyber hygiene training for personnel of the central apparatus, SMDC regional branches, and state enterprises overseen by SMDC.
During the event, attendees were briefed on contemporary cybersecurity threats and engaged in discussions regarding actual case studies. They received actionable guidance on safeguarding information, including the implementation of robust passwords and two-factor authentication, securing workstations and mobile devices, ensuring safe internet practices, countering phishing attempts, and understanding the critical importance of data backup strategies.
The adoption of these measures is a crucial element in enhancing the cyber resilience of governmental agencies. It focuses on increasing employee awareness, cultivating skills for secure conduct within the digital landscape, and fostering a responsible approach to safeguarding information.
The training was conducted in accordance with the implementation guidelines set forth by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 8 October 2025, No. 1281 "On Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Instruction and Systematic Training on Cyber Hygiene." This resolution underscores the imperative for continual education of government personnel regarding secure practices in cyberspace.
SMDC extends its appreciation to the experts of SSSCIP for their collaborative efforts and the practical recommendations provided, which are designed to enhance cybersecurity and cyber resilience.
