The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine upheld the decision of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control to revoke the license of a business entity that traded low-quality medicinal products

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (hereinafter – SMDC) has revoked the license of the pharmacy chain “MULTISTOR” LLC (brand “CityMed”), which sold unregistered medicines whose quality did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents.

This chain has 20 pharmacies that selling medicines in the Odessa region, cities of Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kherson.

At a meeting of the Licensing Expert Appeal Board at the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine on October 31, 2019, the civil society organizations supported the SMDC decision to revoke the license of “MULTISTOR” LLC pharmacy network.

Following the examination, the Licensing Expert-Appellate Board of State Regulatory Service of Ukraine rejected the appeal of “MULTISTOR” LLC.
