In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to comply with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 211 "On prevention of COVID-19 distribution in Ukraine" dated March 11, 2020 , by which to the specified period of time has been established quarantine, receive of citizens and business entities in the SMDC Office and submission of documents is limited.
Citizens can address to the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control:
- by official email address (dls@dls.gov.ua);
- through the official SMDC website (https://www.dls.gov.ua);
- by submitting and tracking on-line applications for permits (through the website https://e-services.dls.gov.ua).
The State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control urges business entities to limit the number of requests for administrative services (licensing, certificates, permits, etc.).
In case of urgent need, applicants have the opportunity to resolve most of the issues without personal visits by using the electronic communication and the online service of the SMDC web portal (https://e-services.dls.gov.ua).
Request to business entities: whenever possible consider deferring any applications to the SMDC until May and do not send paper copies of documents without urgent need.
