According to Ukraine’s legislation, the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (hereinafter - SMDC) keeps issuing and receiving documents in order to provide smooth functioning ensuring citizens with medicinal products.
In order to obtain licenses to carry out economic activity on manufacturing, import of medicinal products (except for active pharmaceutical ingredients), wholesale and retail trade, applicants may submit documents via website сайт https://e-services.dls.gov.ua (with further possibility of tracking of application) or may send documents by post with enclosure description.
In order to obtain conclusions and certificates on accordance of conditions of manufacturing medicinal products with good manufacturing practice, certificates of medicine, confirmation for active pharmaceutical ingredients which are exported to the European Union (EU) for medicines for human consumption, the applicants may send documents by post (without enclosure description) or deliver them into the correspondence box at the SMDC.
Meanwhile, the applicants may also request the SMDC via official email dls@dls.gov.ua.
Representatives of the SMDC and business entities are obliged to abide by quarantine rules and wear personal protection equipment.
