State Enterprise «Central Laboratory for Drugs Quality Analysis and Medicinal Products» – reference Laboratory of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, authorized to conduct independent quality and safety control of medicines in Ukraine and represents Ukraine in the General European Official Medicines Control Laboratory Network (GEON).
The Central Laboratory is certified by the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines (EDQM), prequalified by WHO, accredited by NAAU for compliance to the ISO 17025 requirements and certified for compliance with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019.
The main directions of activity:
- implementation in the established manner of laboratory testing of the medicines quality, medical cosmetics, biomaterials, special food products (additives), medicinal products in the field of manufacturing, manufacturing, storage, transportation, import and export, implementation and issuance of analysis certificates;
- assessing the compliance of the medicines manufacturing conditions with the requirements of good manufacturing practice;
- conducting analysis at the request of other official authorities and organizations operating in the field of medicines circulation.
