Business entities carrying out economic activity in cultivation of the plants included into the table I of the list 3, should submit the report on results of activity mentioning the amount of grown and processed plants included into the list 3 of the table 1 to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (point 44 of the Order for carrying out activity related to circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, and control over their circulation, approve by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 03 June 2009 № 589).
