The Guide on public services has been launched in Ukraine

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched a web portal providing information on all public services

The Guide on public services is an informational online portal about the services provided by the executive and local self-government bodies.

Nowadays the infromation on 1170 types of services including information on place, terms, cost, lists of neccessary documents and methods of appealing their results is available on the Diia (Action) web portal. The information is being updated regularly and in some time the portal will contain 100% of public services provided in Ukraine.

The above mentioned information is divided into 17 categories depending on the fields of activities and 36 life events. To purchase a property, change a place of registration or start a business - all the neccessary information on official registrations and receiving services can be found via the Guide.

The Guide on public services is an official source of information. If an executive authority or local self-government body while providing public services demands a certificate that is not mentioned on the Guide, the link to the Guide can be a reason for citizens not to provide respective documents.

The customer feedback form is available on the Guide on public services. If a customer cannot find necessary information on a service or has found a mistake in the provided information it’s possible to use the customer feedback form and the service will obviously appear on the portal. The customer feedback form helps to improve the portal and identify sensitive areas and the most popular public services.

The project has been implemented with support of the USAID / UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services / TAPAS and the Support to Ukraine's Reforms for Governance (SURGe).
