The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control reminds that in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Economic Activities" (hereinafter - the Law), documents for obtaining a license for the right to conduct activities in the field of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.05.2000 № 770, should be submitted to the licensing authority: in person or by courier, or by mail with a description of the attachment.
In view of tthe of quarantine restriction in order to prevent the spread of respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine, we ask you to limit the submission of documents in persons or by courier.
Documents sent in a manner not provided by the Law will not be considered by the State Medical Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
