Deputy Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control

Dr. Volodymyr  Korolenko was born on June 28, 1979 in Kyiv.

Education

In 2017  graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration in the field of health care.  Master of Public Administration qualification.

In 2005 graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University, Doctor of Medicine, specialty “General Medicine”. Doctor of Medicine.

In 1998 graduated with honors from the First Kyiv Medical School in the specialty “Medical Business” and received the qualification of a paramedic.

Professional Activities

August 21, 2019 appointed  Acting Deputy Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.

2018 – 2019 – Member of the working group at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the development of the Strategy for the development of the sphere of innovative activity for the period until 2030.

2009 – 2017 – Member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

2008 – 2012 – Head of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

February 2019 – August 2019 – Associate Professor of Applied Medicine, KROK University.

August 2018 – August 2019 acted as a consultant on the development of flexible and sustainable health systems of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

September 2017 – September 2018 – Head of the Department for Ensuring Deputies’ Activities and Working with Permanent Commissions of the Executive Office of the Kyiv Regional Council.

March 2017 – September 2017 – Head of the Department of  Treatment and Prevention of  the Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

September 2015 – February 2017, student of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in Kyiv.

June 2013 – August 2015 – Head of the Department of Treatment and Prevention of the Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

November 2011 – June 2013 – Deputy Head of the Department of Medical Prophylactic Assistance – Head of the Department of Organizational, Methodological Work, Management and Control of the Main Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

September 2009 – November 2011 – Assistant Professor at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Bogomolets National Medical University.

August 2005 – September 2009 – Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Bogomolets  National Medical University. Candidate of Medical Sciences.

September 1998 – June 2005 worked as a paramedic of the emergency department of the Central district polyclinic of Podilskyi district of Kyiv.
