Regarding results on conducted analysis of mistakes made while applying for obtaining licenses on carrying out activities in circulation of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors

Taking into account results on conducted analysis of mistakes made by business entities while applying for obtaining licenses on carrying out activities in circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control informs on the following.

According to the Law of Ukriaine “On circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” the certificates of a relevant state or municipal healthcare facility on absence of employees who receive (or possess) direct access to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, who have mental disorders related to alcohol, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances abuse, and on absence of employees unsuitable to perform certain types of activity (work, proffesion, service) connected with circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors should be provided as an original copy (private property LLC, private entrepreneur are not accepted) and (preferably) arranged in accrodance with the list of admitted individuals mentioned in records on physical infrastructure.
