The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control approved the “Procedure for actions of officials in cases where employees have been found guilty of a corruption offense”

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control continues to work on the establishment of local acts to prevent and detect corruption. On May 27, 2021, the Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control signed the order No. 588 “On approving the Procedure for SMDC officials, territorial authorities in case of employees found guilty of a corruption offense or a corruption-related offenses.” Prevention of corruption offenses is the SMDC’s aim in the area of corruption prevention.
