The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control is continuing its work!

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control is continuing its work, though, in the context of the current challenges associated with the spread of COVID-19, its mode of operation has changed.

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 530-IX “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine aimed at preventing the outbreak and spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19” dated March 17, 2020 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 211 “On preventing the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine” dated March 11, 2020 by which established a quarantine from 12.03.2020 to 03.04.2020, and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 672 “On organization of work of the Office of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, enterprises, institutions and organizations, which is under its responsibility, for the period of quarantine” dated March 17, 2020, reception of people and economic entities in the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, processing of documents submitted by them, provision of administrative and other services may be restricted during the specified period.

We also work with applicants, licensees and citizens through the SMDS electronic resources.
