The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control keeps working in quarantine conditions till 24 April 2020

The quarantine has been extended till 24 April 2020, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.03.2020 № 211 with amendments approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.03.2020 № 239. 

Thus the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (hereinafter – SMDC) keeps working in quarantine conditions till 24 April 2020.

PAY ATTENTION:

The citizens may request the SMDC via:

• official email (dls@dls.gov.ua);
• link on the official website (https://www.dls.gov.ua);
• website (https://e-services.dls.gov.ua) – to apply for approval documents and track applications

The SMDC encourages business entities to shorten the number of applications regarding administrative services (issuance of licenses, certificates etc.)

In case of urgent issues the applicants may contact the SMDC using electronic means of communication including online service https://e-services.dls.gov.ua.

The SMDC requests business entities to postpone requests and applications and do not send paper documents till May, unless it’s urgent.

 Please pay attention that consideration of requests submitted with paper documents may take more time than normally.
