To attention of business entities carrying out economic activity on cultivation of the plants included into the table I of the list

Business entities carrying out economic activity on cultivation of the plants included into the table I of the list should inform the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, in writing, (within 10 days starting with the day of cultivation) on the actual place of sowing (mentioning cadastral numbers), amount of crop-areas, seeds brand and source of purchase. (point 35 of License conditions of conducting economic activity on cultivation of the plants included into the table I of the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, production, manufacture, storage, transportation, purchase, realization, importing into and exporting from Ukraine, use, disposal of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 06 April 2016 № 282).
