Working group on mainstreaming of the Register of individuals responsible for introduction into circulation medicinal products, active implantable medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices

The working group meeting on mainstreaming of the Register of individuals responsible for introduction into circulation medicinal products, active implantable medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices (heeinafther – the Register) was held on 07 August 2020.

The removal of the individuals responsible for introduction into circulation the medicinal products with terminated declaration on correspondence or agreement of manufacturer and medicinal products attributed as medical from the Register was discussed during the meeting.

It was also agreed to conduct meetings at least once per month and strengthen cooperation with tax and customs authorities of Ukraine, professional association and bodies on correspondence with technical regulations.
