Congratulations on the Independence Day of Ukraine!

Dear colleagues, dear compatriots!

On August 24, we celebrate Ukraine’s Independence Day – the 34^th anniversary of the restoration of Ukrainian statehood.

This is a significant holiday for every Ukrainian, because we are well aware of the high price of independence, which the current generation of Ukrainians continues to defend today.

On the eve of the Independence Day, the most significant event in Ukraine’s recent history, we honour our flag, which symbolizes the strength, unity, and resilience of the Ukrainian people.

We are grateful to everyone who is defending Ukraine on the front line and to those who are working in their respective spheres to build a strong European country. The efforts of every one are forming the country’s victory and its future. Today, Ukraine is not only defending its independence, but also affirming its European vector of development.

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control continues to evolve along with the country. Our priority is to implement modern European practices that meet high standards of quality and safety. We are improving the state supervision system and ensuring transparency and effective regulation so that every citizen of Ukraine has access to safe, high-quality, and effective medicines. The European vector of development determines our future. The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control is working to ensure that the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market meets the highest European standards and that patients receive treatment at the level of EU countries.
