Reminder on possibility of applying for approval of documents and tracking their status online

In order to obtain licenses on carrying out economic activities on manufacture, import of medicines (except for API), wholesale and retail trade the applicants may request the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control via the official web-site https://e-services.dls.gov.ua and track applications online or send documents to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control by post via “Ukrposhta” (Ukrpost) attaching enclosure description.

In order to obtain conclusions or certificates on correspondence of medicines manufacture conditions to GMP requirements and medicine certificates, confirmation for active pharmaceutical ingredients exported to the European Union for medicines for human use, the applicants may submit their documents either by post via “Ukrposhta” (Ukrpost) or another postal service provider or via the correspondence box in the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.

The business communication with business entities is carried out via official email (dls@dls.gov.ua).

The documents issue procedure is carried out in accordance with the quarantine requirements, using personal protective equipment by both officials of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and business entity representatives.
