The composition of the Youth Council under the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control has been formed

The composition of the Youth Council under the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control has been determined.

It includes active representatives of public organizations, student self-government bodies of higher education institutions, the scientific community, youth centers and pharmaceutical institutions.

The Youth Council is an advisory body that will promote effective dialogue between young people and the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, as well as the development of youth initiatives in the sphere of medicines quality and safety.

The Council will encourage young people to participate in the activities of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, provide proposals and recommendations on topical issues of the pharmaceutical industry’s development, and promote stronger cooperation between the state service, educational institutions and the public.

“Young people are not just the future of the industry, they are its driving force today. We want to hear the opinions of young professionals, create opportunities for them to implement their ideas, influence processes, and develop  along with the state  medicines quality control system,” emphasized Volodymyr Korolenko, Deputy Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
