The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 23 September 2026 No. 1209 has been published

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has published a resolution dated 23 September 2026, No. 1209 “On Certain  Matters of the Functioning of the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Agency.”

This document cancels the liquidation of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
