The route of the mobile pharmacy point has been extended

As part of the implementation of the social project “Mobile Pharmacy Points” by the State Enterprise ‘Ukrvaktsina’ of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation “MHP – Community,” with the assistance of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in the Vinnytsia region, the route of the mobile pharmacy point (MPP) of the State Enterprise “Ukrvaktsina” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to 17 rural settlements in Ulanivska community of Vinnytsia region, where there are no pharmacies.

Now residents of these settlements will be able to obtain the medicines that they need, included under the state program “Affordable Medicines,” i.e., free of charge or with a small co-payment. MPP will operate daily from Monday to Friday in various settlements.

MPP provides the population with access to high-quality, safe, and essential medicines in rural areas and sells prescription and over-the-counter medicines, except for narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors.

Patients can obtain detailed information about the arrival of the MPP from their family doctor or local authorities, with whom its route has been agreed.

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, on behalf of the Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko, prepared a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the licensing conditions for the creation of mobile pharmacy points and the organization of their work. The relevant amendments to the Licensing Conditions were approved by Government Resolution No. 809 of 04.08.2023, which came into force on 09.10.2023.

Compliance with the Licensing Conditions by mobile pharmacy points is monitored by the State Service.
