Mr. Tsilyna was born on October 7, 1970 in Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region,

Education

1987-1992 – Dnipro State Technical University, Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, master`s degree in mechanical engineer.

1993-1994 – Postgraduate study at the Institute for superhard materials.

2005 – Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, master`s degree in biomedical engineering prosthetics.

May, 2017 – First Deputy Head, the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.

2014-2015 – Senior Specialist of the Labor Protection Department, State Service of Regional Department of Mining and industrial Safety of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
