International cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of India on conducting trainings on reference standards in pharmaceutical analysis

Within the framework of international cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of India, the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Scientific Pharmacopoeial Center for Quality of Medicines” (hereinafter – the Pharmacopoeial Center) conducted on-line trainings for Indian students on the use of reference standards in pharmaceutical analysis.

Natalia Volovyk, Deputy Head of the Department on Validation and Reference Standard, PhD  in Pharmacy, Senior Researcher at the Pharmacopoeia Center conducted on-line training on the Reference Standards of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine to the students of Chitkara University in Mumbai, India.

The seminars covered issues related to the distinctive features of the system of pharmacopoeial Reference Standards of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine and new initiatives of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine to study and provide RS impurity profiles.

The webinars brought together more than 300 participants and provided new opportunities for further collaboration with Indian educational and research institutions to ensure quality of medicines around the world.
