Legalization of medical cannabis: The Government has established the procedure for purchasing seeds of plants included in Table I

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution “On the Procedure for the Acquisition of Seeds of Plants Included in Table I of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors for the Purpose of Cultivation, Except for Sowing and Growing Hemp for Industrial Purposes” dated 21.06. 2024 No. 776, which is one of the key regulations in the context of the implementation of the Ukrainian Law “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on State Regulation of the Circulation of Cannabis Plants” No. 3528-IX. In accordance with part thirteen of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides.
