Meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Ukraine

On October 4, 2024, the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Ukraine H.E. Mr. Ravi Shankar.

The Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control noted the importance of Memorandum of Understanding between the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of the Government of India signed during the visit of the Prime Minister of India, H.E. Narendra Modi to Ukraine. The participants of the meeting outlined the issues of further cooperation and discussed the importance of the pharmaceutical sphere development.

The meeting participants agreed to support and develop bilateral contacts aimed at cooperation between the institutions, which in turn will allow to achieve significant results in ensuring public health, namely access to quality medicines. Mr. Ravi Shankar and Mr. Roman Isaienko confirmed their desire to strengthen partnership.
