The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 621 dated 30.05.2024 approved the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Business Activities for the Procurement and Testing of Donor Blood and Blood Components, Regardless of Their Final Purpose, Processing, Storage, Distribution and Sale of Donor Blood and Blood Components Intended for Transfusion

On May 30, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued Resolution No. 621 approving the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Business Activities for the Procurement and Testing of Donor Blood and Blood Components, Regardless of Their Final Purpose, Processing, Storage, Distribution and Sale of Donor Blood and Blood Components Intended for Transfusion. This Resolution comes into force one year after the date of its publication, except for subparagraph 6 of paragraph 6, subparagraph 4 of paragraph.
