The Standard of pharmaceutical care “Coronavirus disease “(COVID-19)” has been implemented

During increase in the prevalence of respiratory diseases, the pharmacists provide medicines and medicinal products including ones used for prevention, diagnostics and treatment of diseases in health care facilities and provide services to the public.

Thus the Standard of pharmaceutical care “Coronavirus disease “(COVID-19)” has been adopted by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 24.04.2020 № 961 “On amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 28.03.2020 № 722”.

This Standart extends to all legal entities regardless of their institutional-legal forms and forms of property, individual entrepreneurs that conduct economic activities in retail trade in medicinal products and which have obtained a license to conduct economic activities in retail trade in medicinal products.

Meanwhile the previous Standard of pharmaceutical care “Coronavirus disease “(COVID-19)” adopted by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 13.03.2020 № 663 has been cancelled according to the part 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 28.03.2020 № 722 “Medical care for coronavirus disease (COVID-19)”.
