How to apply for a license in the field of circulation of the medicines

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control reminds that applications of economic entities regarding licensing of economic activities for the production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade of medicines, import of medicines (except for active pharmaceutical ingredients) may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control at the option of the license applicant, license holder in one of the following ways:

1. By special delivery at the address: Kyiv, Peremogy Avenue, 120-A;
2. By mail with a description of the attachment;
3. in electronic form through the information system of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, which is integrated with the Unified State Portal of Administrative Services: https://e-services.dls.gov.ua/
