Government adopts resolution amending Licensing сonditions 

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 911 of August 25, 2023, providing for amendments to paragraph 6¹   of the Licensing Conditions for Conducting Economic Activities for Plant Cultivation Included in Table I of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors, аpproved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, manufacturing, storage, transportation, purchase, sale (release), import into the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 282 of April 06,2016.

The amendments restore the requirement to obtain a Licence for Licence applicants, except for those, whose business location is in the territories, where military operations are (were) conducted.
