Obtaining a license for the right to conduct activities in the field of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors

Attention! The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control  reminds that in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Economic Activities” (hereinafter – the Law), documents for obtaining a license for the right to conduct activities in the field of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.05.2000 № 770, should be submitted to the licensing authority: in person or by courier, or by mail with a description of the attachment.

In view of tthe  of quarantine restriction in order to prevent the spread of respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine, we ask you to limit the submission of documents in persons or by courier.

Documents sent in a manner not provided by the Law will not be considered by the State Medical Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
